		<description>All sounds nice, until you use a distro that uses hald or any supermount or automount features. Once those functions are in the picture, mounting a flashdrive might not have an effect on fstab/mtab contents. Therefore, looking at fstab to see why (for example) hald didn&#039;t mount a USB flash drive will be useless efforts, since hald keeps its own mounting information. Too bad modern techniques flubbed your fstab idea.</description>
